I'm Gretchen — a writer, designer and creative director running this studio solo. That means when you hire The Better Brand Shop, you're working directly with the person doing the thinking, writing, and designing.
No handoffs to a junior, no game of telephone between strategists and designers, no diluted version of the idea by the time it reaches the page.
It also means we work closely. I ask a lot of questions, share work as it develops, and treat your business like something I care about — because by the time we're a few weeks in, I usually do.
